VICTOR is  since the sixties the oldest and world wide one of the biggest producer of tournament shuttlecocks and rackets.

At the VICTOR shuttlecock factory in Nanjing, China, shuttlecocks are manufactured partly manual and by machines. Only dug- and goose-feathers from the neighbourhood provinces in China are used for production.

In 11 very detailed working Steps (every square of the upper- and underside of the quill will be measured separately) the shuttles will be fit together and tested.

Every ball will be chopped through manual and per  ballmachine for separation into different quality categories.

Only after this procedures, the shuttles will be packed in tubes and shipped world wide.
